Return & Refund Policy

Since URU Farms sells food products, returns are not accepted once the order is delivered.

Refund or replacement will be considered only if:

The wrong item is delivered
The product is damaged, leaking, or spoiled at delivery
An item is missing from the order

Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos and order details.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

No refunds will be given for change of mind, taste preference, or improper storage after delivery.
